Emory Welcher

Before being hired as a design assistant at JADG in October of 2007, Ms. Welcher worked at a small real estate and development firm where she wore many hats. After two year her position with the firm evolved from office assist to a design expert basically through Emory’s sheer drive and passion for graphic design. That same passion, along with her background in studio art, made Emory a perfect match for the Jennifer Adams Design Group.

What do England, France, Japan, Australia, Thailand, and Malaysia have in common? Answer: Emory loves to travel outside of the country and experience new cultures and She has visited a number of these places more than once.

Welcher was born and raised in Upstate New York and moved to Los Angeles after college. Then Welcher moved back to New York and then from there moved back to Portland where she has been for over two and a half years. Welcher enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, cycle cross racing, and quality time with her friends.

Emory has a beautiful dog names Sadie and they enjoy hikes, going to the park, and chasing squirrels. Sadie has also participated in three cross-country car trips with Emory.
